Freelance-Market has just received the "FOCUS Top Personnel Service Provider 2025" award in the category "Freelancer Agent". The title was awarded on the basis of a current market survey conducted by the market research company Statista for the news magazine FOCUS. The awards were presented in the five categories (Freelancer Agents, Interim Management, Temporary Employment, Professional Search and Executive Search).
Dr. Rainer Kurz says about the renewed appointment as FOCUS Top Personnel Service Provider: "We owe our ranking above all to our numerous customers from industry (19%), construction (11%) and agencies (9%), but also to many engineering offices, consulting companies and start-ups, for whom we have been successfully finding suitable freelancers for 21 years now. But thanks are also due to our excellent freelancers from 45 industries, some of whom have been listed with us for over ten years. The fact that we have been named FOCUS Top Personnel Service Provider for the sixth time in a row underlines our high quality, customer satisfaction and the sustainability of our innovative placement approach."
For the survey on the "FOCUS Top Personnel Service Provider", 2200 executives in companies were interviewed in addition to 1900 freelancers and job candidates. The surveys were conducted via a high-profile online access panel of the opinion research institute Statista. The decision-makers were able to rate up to ten personnel service providers known to them. There were over 4000 assessable personnel service providers to choose from.
In the evaluation, Statista took into account both the frequency of mentions and the assessments in the various evaluation areas. For this purpose, school grades from 1 to 6 were awarded in the areas of the quality of the candidates and the jobs/projects, quality of the profiles, service quality, placement speed and price-performance ratio.
In order to receive the "FOCUS Top Personnel Service Provider 2025" award, a minimum number of mentions had to be received and an excellent overall score had to be achieved in the evaluation across all evaluation areas.
